Our team is made of experienced professionals
from leading companies in the Internet industry such as Microsoft, AOL,
Netscape, WebEx and others. We also count on extremely known
professionals from the nutrition, fitness and behavioral areas in
our staff as well as in our board.
Chief Executive Officer
Soraya Bittencourt
Former Executive at Microsoft and Time Warner, Soraya has more
than 20 years of leadership in the software field. She was the
original creator of Microsoft Expedia and launched the first
telecommunications satellite in Latin America.
Chief Architect
Ognian Topalov
Ognian was the original architect for multiple transaction and
security technologies at AOL Time Warner. He has been a key
developer of payment and security technologies in other Silicon
Valley Companies.
Chief Design Officer
Trevor Tang
Trevor has been an accomplished marketing designer, product
designer, interior designer and user interface specialist for
many years. Prior to joining Nutrihand, he had is own design
practice, NeoStar Design, which specializes in 3-D, identity,
interior, print, and Web design. He has worked in the design
industry for more than 10 years and served as creative director
for such companies as Quote.com, PointCast, and WebEx. He
received the COMDEX 11th Annual MVP Awards The Best of the Best
— Collaboration Service in 1999, for his user interface design
work at WebEx .
Advisory Board
Dr. Susan Mitchell an award-winning registered dietitian, she serves on the health and medical
advisory board of Family Circle magazine. Susan co-authored three books— Fat is Not Your Fate,
I'd Kill for a Cookie and Eat to Stay Young as well as a contributing author to Macmillan Reference
USA 's Nutrition and Well-Being A to Z .
A reliable source to the media, Dr. Mitchell has appeared on The Today Show, CNN, the TV
Food Network and the Daily Buzz. She is also quoted extensively in Reader's Digest, Time,
Redbook, Fitness, and Cooking Light.
Distinguishing Dr Mitchell's work is her ability to integrate
sound nutrition and fitness into busy lifestyles to achieve
better health, increased energy and creativity. She serves as
the nutrition expert for SuperTarget, Nutrihand.com and
ThirdAge.com. A licensed nutritionist, registered dietitian, and
Fellow of the American Dietetic Association, Dr. Mitchell earned
her Ph.D. from the University of Tennessee (Go Volunteers!) and
taught nutrition and health science at the University of Central
Florida for over 8 years.

Weekend
Felicia D. Stoler, M.S., RD, leads the Nutrihand’s
nutrition and wellness programs as a member of Nutrihand’s
advisory board. She is a registered dietitian, exercise
physiologist, and an expert consultant in nutrition and
healthful living. She specializes in integrating behavior
modification and exercise strategies to influence positive
outcomes for participants. She has documented success in
delivering health/wellness programs and presentations for a wide
range of corporations and organizations including: Nike, The New
York City Marathon, Goldman Sachs/+1, Fashion Institute of
Technology, NJ Dietetic Association and The Monmouth County Park
System.
Patricia Booth, MS, RD is a Registered Dietitian with
over 25 years of experience in clinical nutrition and dietetic
education. She received her B.S. degree in Nutrition and Food
Science from the University of Minnesota, a M.S. degree in
Nutrition and Medical Dietetics from the University of Illinois,
Chicago and completed her dietetic internship at Barnes Hospital
in St. Louis, Missouri. She has worked as a clinical dietitian
in both inpatient and outpatient environments. Ms. Booth was a
Lecturer in the Department of Nutritional Sciences at the
University of California, Berkeley for 9 years and currently is
the Associate Director for Nutrition Services and the Dietetic
Internship Director at UCSF Medical Center in San Francisco. Ms.
Booth has received many awards including the California Dietetic
Association Distinguished Service Award in 2004.
