Database
Our database is updated daily. Not only we add items that were just released, but we also add the foods users searched the day before and did not find.
Nutrihands' nutritional staff adds information and verify each item before it reaches production, we called them "verified foods". We also offer foods that are contributed by users when those foods are from major manufacturers and easily available on the internet.
Although we have over 150,000 items, and we add new data daily, we do not consider this number our best asset. We believe that more important than the number of foods in a database are the tools that allows users to use them easily. Our technology allow our team to update data daily, adding or correcting any information in real-time.
Besides of providing access to a large database of foods in terms of quantity, we also provide very unique types of data. We carry recipes from dishes common in ethnic restaurants, fast food restaurants, branded foods and international foods for the markets we operate in.
We also provide food nutritional facts in Portuguese, with local restaurants and US Spanish.
